This place is great, no razzmatazz but you don't need it. Just a bounce on giant inflatable pillows or go and feed the wallabies. The tractor ride was a hit with our little ones and the water ride was... read more »
I visited Knockhatch while staying in Hastings for a few nights. It was one of the more appealing things to do with children in the area and reasonably priced. As we visited on a quieter day not every... read more »
Visited with our grandchildren, lucky with the weather, great experience, lots of things to do for kids
It's a great place to take the kids and there's a lot to do. The price had gone up a bit since last year, but they do seem to be developing the park a bit more, so I don't mind that to much. Some of the activities (e.g. climbing wall, bungee trampoline and go-karts) are an additional cost, but there is a lot to do as standard, including a big soft play and various rides and shows, so you could keep a child amused without spending any extra. The staff are very friendly (and often very young), and are very good with kids.
Had a really great family day out at Knockhatch Adventure Park in Hailsham.. We spent the entire morning in the animal part of the attraction and were really surprised and impressed at the quantity and variation of animals from bunnies to wallabies, the owls were fabulous. The farm and zoo area is a day out on its own and far better than any of the local farm based attractions. After an ok lunch and role around in the indoor play area Froggies we set off into the adventure part of the attraction where we had a really great afternoon and found something for every member of the family. It was all really very good, we found the park clean and well cared for and the staff all very pleasant and helpful. a highly recommended family day out.
Really good day out with the family, plenty for the kids to do. However just a few things to point out, I think the underage ball pit play area needs monitoring as there was kids (that looked older then the age you needed to be) jumping into the ball pit from on top of the play house, notified a member of staff and they got on it right away, however when they left the kids ran back and just carried on doing it again, I know kids will be kids but when you have younger kids in the ball pit it is unacceptable. And finally I wassnt offered a lid with my coffee or told where they were, so on return to my table a kid ran into me and sent my coffee flying all over me, my hand was badly burnt and blistered up right away, lucky it was on me and not the kid. The first aider there was extreamly quick to attend to me, very professional, he even went out of his way to come find me every now and then to give me more cream and ice packs. Hats off to that man, clearly cares about his job. Other than those two minor set backs it was a very enjoyable day.
Fun fun fun fun fun! Four year old loved the massive soft play zone! ☺
Great 8 yr olds birthday party. Very affordable with adults entry free as a party. Would 100% recommend
