  • We walked into the cafe just before 11am but were kept waiting for 5 mins whilst the 2 staff fussed around 1 customer. Because of their delay we didn't get served until just after 11am - we asked for ...  more »
  • What a magical place to have a wedding, the people on site were helpful and the food provided by the site was really tasty. A lot of us were camping for the weekend and being "nature" types we were OK...  more »
  • Went with the kids over Easter and had a bunny hunt and the kids went on a zip wire which they loved. A great place!  more »

  • Fabulous cafe, wonderful staff and the cakes are magically, very inventive with ideas and more than an adequate slice to accompany delicious coffee which is full of flavour. Recommend the cafe for delicious lunches and special occasions. Had a lovely Mothers Day tea, the little touches the cafe incorporates to their events make a visit here special.
  • You can tell a lot of effort has gone into these woods. Well maintained, a nice little walk close enough to drive from Brighton and surrounding areas in Sussex.
  • Great day out for a nice walk and a picnic. Good zip wire, big rope swing and a slide for the kids. Very hilly in places to get your legs working.
  • Wonderful place... let the kids get their hands dirty in a well-cared for authentic woodland environment. Not a piece of plastic on sight 👍
  • Emily & Dan are really warm and welcoming individuals. They seem to work really hard to make the site and their events fun and engaging for their community. I have visited Wilderness Wood a few times this month and enjoyed getting my Christmas three, celebrating at their Solstice event and walking with my dog around the woods. The cafe is great value for money - I was delighted they had gluten free mince pies and delicious hot chocolate for sale!
