Must see · Beach · Nature / Park
Enjoy sweeping ocean views at Godrevy Beach, a stretch of Cornish coast popular among surfers and walkers. The 4.8 km (3 mi) golden sand beach is sheltered by dunes fringed with vegetation, ending in a low, rocky headland. High cliffs and dramatic coves make the beach a scenic hike, while a lighthouse on an island just off the shore adds to the overall scenery. The beach can hold a swell of up to 2.4 m (8 ft), good for those just learning to surf.
