  • This place well over lost its true utility but remains nevertheless a good attraction at your entry in Scotland. While the shops are numerous, but nobody is forcing you to enter. Local and artisanal products are available. Visit to the small museum by a guide is really very friendly since you join a little sketch of marriage in a good mood. Small collection of carriages at the end of the Museum.

  • Everything was so smooth from the moment we got here! Very impressed! Everyone made us feel at ease and my nerves disappeared! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! My husband and I got married here on Saturday 11th April 2015. We will definitely be back! Keep up the good work xx
  • I got married here 2 days ago and would definitely recommend. Its a beautiful historic location. It's nice that once you're married the also do the ceremony the traditional way too. Amazing experience
  • We enjoyed the small museum. The shops are too touristy and all have the same stuff. Cafe was nothing special. Grounds are nice and nice stop off with a bit of history on the way to Scotland.
  • The day we went it was pouring down with rain so there wasn't any opportunity to take photo's, the museum was very informative and there was a wedding taking place but you wouldn't have known and you weren't invading the privacy of the people getting married. We had stayed in the Greens Hotel and you got discount in the shops when you showed the key card voucher with your room no on it. The shops are good but it depends on what you are looking for.
  • A completely lovely place such an atmospheric place tastefully commercial wedding place. Unlike some famous wedding sites.
