  • Went to the Balloon festival. Paid full price for two cars (£20 entry). Weather not brilliant for balloons so didn't see a single balloon - stayed from 11am to 5pm. No contingency for poor weather balloon related activities for children. Stalls were a massive disappointment - mostly people with sales pitches e.g. kitchen sales. Sign posting was terrible. Went round and round on the way out with loads of other cars in convoy. Ended up at a locked gate. Was sent in the wrong direction by staff who had to consult about where the exit was. Very disappointing day all round. I'll go to Bristol for the Balloon Festival. Car parking is bad there but at least I might see a balloon.
  • Went dragon boat racing great facilities if a little easy to get lost it's a big place
  • Worked at Willow Festival 2016 and stayed in a static caravan. I've stayed in a tent, trailer tent, caravan over the years with the folks and this is a lot more spacious and a bit more luxurious! The beds were not super comfortable but it's nice being outdoors with all the home comforts. The statics come with gas oven / hob, fridge, microwave as well as toilet and hot shower.
  • cheap day out. there was a swimming pool, small funfair, camping. also easy to get to from coventry.
  • Terrible accommodation. No entertainment for kids outside of peak times despite what advertising says. The pool looks nothing like the pictures on the website
