  • Accepted my 15yr old son's challenge as he is very good indeed. The staff very helpful indeed but only the 2 of us to race or should I say he raced I just drove as best I could . Karts well maintained...  more »
  • I went here with friends as part of a stag doo and we played several games of paintball. The place is good value with free parking and the games were varied and enjoyable in a good woodland setting.  more »
  • Lots to do, the staff are great, an amazing day, not cheap, but well worth it. We did an hours karting for £50  more »

  • Alright day but only had access to a little bit of the track so the 1 hour session got quite boring and I was told when driving to 'calm down' as someone suddenly stopped in front of me after miss reading a sign and I hit them! None of which was my fault. Most of the staff were friendly but lap time sheet printing was wrong and took around 15minutes to print. Having been multiple times and had a lot of fun, next time I am going to make sure I ask about the availability of the whole track as having access to a little bit was extremely repetatavie and the race like competition highly lacked and overall became boring. for £96 it wasn't that great, unlike previous times.
  • Having been to Ancaster 6-7 times, I've always found the service lukewarm at best but nothing went wrong so no real problem. Fears were confirmed on our last visit though. A group of 7 of us went along for a couple sessions of Arrive and Drive, competing for fastest lap. We specifically booked because we'd seen they were opening the full circuit under the floodlights in the evenings. On booking I was told we couldn't book 4pm under the floodlights so we had to go for 3pm instead. After our session nobody else was around so presumably they just wanted to close up earlier. The track had been cut in half as well, rather than the advertised full circuit. The race suits could do with a refresh. There was a complete lack of Large suits, and a weird abundance of XXXL. The circuit itself is ok. The karts are fine. Nothing special but nothing wrong either. On the day we went it was cold and damp so it was good fun just trying to keep it on the track. The only reason this is a 2 star rather than 1 star review. After the first session there were timing sheets missing but they assured us that it was just that the kart numbers didn't match the transponders. A little annoying but fine. We got it sorted eventually, although we can't really be sure we each got the correct sheet. After the second session, however, there was only timing sheets for about half the karts, and they only had 5 or 6 laps listed. In a 15 minute session at less than a minute a lap, they were clearly wrong. The fastest laps of the day had all been reset so I suspect someone made a mistake on the computer setting the session up. The chaps at the front desk looked intently at their computer screen to try and rectify the issue so we sat and waited. We waited around 20 minutes before we noticed they'd just left the front desk. Disappointed we went home without any times. At a total cost of nearly £300 for the group we got no explanation, no offer of a refund or discount for next time, not even an apology. If I'd wanted to go for a drive around with no lap times I'd have done a couple hours on the M25 for a lot less money. For anyone considering a trip to Ancaster, try nearby Langar instead. It's indoor and a shorter lap but the guys there take a genuine interest in customers, happy to discuss lap times and conditions, and accommodate any custom requirements you might have. They've a much more professional setup with live timing screens and they've never managed to spoil a day out like Ancaster did to us.
  • Absolutly amazing. Awesome location and track. Karts and equipment were all well looked after. Staff members were very friendly. Loved it
  • Awesome map to play paint balling on but- 1. the guns jam up and waste your bullets. e.g. i wasted at least 200 bullets (which is about £15) because my gun either jammed or was firing 3-4 bullets in one shot. I also made a Marshall aware but he didn't care. This also wasted my time getting the gun fixed so it could jam up again... 2. I was forced into being shot at a close proximity by a marshal because it happened to be my birthday 1 week before I went. 3. In the morning there was a perfect amount of people but then by the afternoon, 2 stag parties came and the maps were far to over crowded to the point where you literally could not peak over anything without being shot. one game my whole team got stuck at the back of the map whilst we just got peppered with bullets for 10 minutes 4. they charge to clean your visor! what a stupid money grab. they basically force you to pay them so that you can see where your walking through out the day. Although the map is good, they obviously don't have the regulations to make the games good :(
  • Went karting brilliant fun and friendly service and staff
