  • Friendly staff with accessible floors for those wheelchair bound. Variety of services within, From Internet access to local history documentation. Not forgetting the café on the ground floor, which sells great cakes and great hospitality.
  • Good selection of books, a great children's area and a nice cafe downstairs, just make sure you have cash for the cafe as they don't take card.
  • Well .... how can I describe this library, which is also called The Discovery Centre. Many thoughts come to mind, but in short I would say that this is quite an impressive meeting place for people of all ages. It is in fact the first time I have found a library being so proactive and helpful. A library that takes part and gives to the local community ... indeed it is a discovery centre, as many people arrive and are well impressed with the range of FREE activities being offered on a daily basis, from languages five of them! in their so called cultural clubs ... to any kind of craft and art activity, computing, literacy, local historical information, the list is never ending! The coffee shop serves some very good quality food and beverages. In short it is a great place to meet in a very safe environment. Well done !
  • Excellent facilities. Large book choice for all ages, nice little cafe and seating area & knowledgeable helpful staff.
  • It was a lovely experience and there is a lot of computers and history books and exhibits. I was able to research lots of famous people with biography.
