  • This castle is absolutely full of history, information and great facts. There are amazing views over the beach and lots to do
  • Beautiful castle plenty to see if you are interested in history of jersey and medieval history this is a great place to start. Best in summer winter it just too cold and wet.
  • Our teenagers were not enthusiastic at the idea to visit but the different audio-visual elements, the views of the Bay and the port and especially the different costumes that could borrow have finally transform this obligation in a pretty fun time.

  • I would go back to visit if I'm in Jersey again. One of my favourite castles. The view is indescribable. And the telescopes at the top work and you don't use a coin for it! You do need at least 4 hours to fully explore it. We spent 3 hours and found there were some rooms we missed. Don't miss the dragon 🐉.
  • Interesting castle, with quirky places to explore, and steps to climb. Great views. Entry costs are a bit high though for what is available, but enjoyed our time there. The cafe is also nice, good coffee and delicious custard tarts!
  • A magic castle with nooks and passages to search. Plenty of steps and dark places to look out for things from the past. We liked it better than Elizabeth Castle.
  • Pretty much a must-see for visitors to the island! Beautiful castle with breathtaking views. The exhibits inside are not all that exciting, however, and it is quite expensive to get in...
  • Got invited to a wedding here, fantastic views and lovely castle... Be warned lots of steps 😀
