  • Fascinating history of the Regiment. Interactive information screens and a dressing up area with games. Very useful folding stools available. Friendly staff, lovely hot chocolate in Cafe and well stocked shop.
  • I visited here with my little lad. We got a great groupon offer which made this a cheap day out. It was great to pass the time with and my lad enjoyed looking at the the machine guns and soldiers outfits. The spy trail was fab and interactive and he loved the prizes at the end. Easy to get to and a little gem to pass the time. Its not overly big but we spent good hour or so here
  • We very much enjoyed the museum. It was so informative and the depictions of soldier's lives made the history come to life. Very well put together and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much.
  • I visited on a particularly busy day when the tall ships were in the docks so struggled to move around and read all the exhibits. Iris quite cramped in there, full of information on the various wars the country has taken part in over the years and the involvement locally. They now have some really good interactive exhibits such as kit of present day soldiers which you can feel just how heavy it is!
  • Great for kids.So much history. Well set out.fun trails Nice helpful staff.great cafe and shop
