  • I looked online for somewhere near by for a quiet walk in the sunshine. This Country Park delivered. The car park was very busy, although parking on the grass seems to be the done thing. It's not an easy walk to the peak, I chose not to follow a coloured trail and instead took the most direct route up. The views at the top are worth the breathlessness. Would be excellent for groups and kids here too - BBQ facilities, lots of open spaces and a playground by the visitor centre and entrance. I'll be back here again!
  • Always something new to see love watching the season's change. even on the busiest day in summer still a good place to chill out
  • lovely place but the new cafe is extremely over priced. A family wouldn't be able to afford to eat here. Also kids always want an ice cream but that is £2 for a very tiny scoop
  • Small but fun children's play area, walks over the hill with long views over the Severn valley.
  • Beautiful bit of country park right on Gloucester's doorstep. Plenty of well marked paths through a mixture of habitats.
