  • Pleasantly surprised by visit. The volunteers around the place were friendly, knowledgeable and had infectious enthusiasm. Tour of the Vulcan bomber by someone who served in one v interesting, as was the airline cabin visit. My kids loved climbing in a cockpit, kept them occupied for a long while. Place is free so please give generously to keep it going, as it relies on donations and purchases!
  • My kids loved it and so did I! Great family fun.
  • A nice welcoming place run by a very friendly group of volunteers. Not too big to be overwhelming but enough to be well worth the trip. Child friendly. Free entry, donations accepted.
  • Excellent small aircraft museum. Free, but asks for a donation. Several beautifully restored jet aircraft inside plus a Vulcan and Hunter cockpit and a few kids activities. Fascinating for anyone with an interest in aircraft or the Cold War.
  • Excellent experience, free entry and very helpful staff
