  • Excellent. Hired a boat for my mother's 60th. The staff are friendly, helpful and nice. The boat is very good and the training is quick but comprehensive. Their website is helpful, with suggested routes and information about the boat. Everyone had a go at steering the boat and enjoyed it. We collected the boat at 9am and went to the tutor arms pub (it takes 3 hours at full speed from the docks to get there) just make sure you allocate plenty of time for traveling where you want to as it's a canal boat not a speed boat.
