Took my 4 year old daughter along to Wonder World Soft Play, and first impressions were not bad (my daughter was gob smacked as soon as we entered) but the charm did rub off pretty fast. Firstly for a...  more »

came here with 4 kids, £11.20 per child (with a kids meal) or £8.95 per child without food - really steep. Also their card machine wasn't working so if you didn't have cash you were stuffed. Anyway, p...  more »

  • Great place for kids of all ages. Party room was great. My son loved the basketball/football court. Best buying a eat and play package as its far better value for money than paying for the play and then deciding to get food. Coffee and seating a pleanty for the adults
  • Had our 6 year old play and my two older children 13 and 12 joined us after playing in roller stop. They were asked to pay in full to join us. I explained that they were only going to join us to give our youngest time to play more. The manager said how does she not know my kids were going to go and play. I mean a 13 and 12 year old. Ridiculous when I think of the comment. What a ridiculous accusation. Will never return. They seem hell bent on getting funds more than using any common sense. A company that assumes your trying to cheat them out of a few pennies.
  • Huge indoor kids play area with lots for the kids to do. Small arcade section, food and drink stall, party rooms available, small separate toddler section. Can't fault the activities for kids but there is nowhere near enough staff for peak times. At times only 1 staff member overseeing a huge section of play area. Area for toddlers wasn't monitored and lots of much older kids play fighting and running around in it. Be prepared for long queues especially on Saturday afternoon, in some cases queues out the door with around 20-30 minutes wait. That aside, the kids will love it! But it's a long day for adults.
  • Firstly and most importantly our children love this place. They never tire of it. Staff are helpful and friendly. Clean facilities. Good menu. Feels safe. Today I asked a member of staff if there was a quiet corner i could use to do pray as it was prayer time. She immediately offered me the use of a party room that was vacant. We arrived to find man on the phone working. When he saw me in the doorway holding my prayer mat in my hand he gathered up his stuff and left leaving the room free for me to use. I offered to go somewhere else. He insisted I have the room. To Caprice and David my sincerest heartfelt thanks. You made an already very happy customer look at your place and staff with a whole new level of appreciation. Looking forward to many more trips to Wonder World.
  • Kids love it. Me, not so keen. Too big. Too noisy. Too many people.

Where to stay in Glasgow

Glasgow's revitalized city center offers outstanding accommodations--along with some of the finest shopping outside London. Considered one of the finest Victorian cities in Britain, Glasgow is renowned for its centrally located hotels. Spacious rooms overlook the historical city center, and award-winning restaurants and trendy cafes occupy the lower levels. Farther away from the central areas, which are often noisy and crowded with tourists, is a world of small B&Bs and guesthouses. These considerably cheaper options offer quality lodging in quiet neighborhoods less frequented by weekend revelers and rowdy nightlife lovers.
