  • Really enjoyed the Tall Ship, it's just behind the Riverside museum which is well worth a visit also. But for the ship, there's quite a bit to see, spot the rats game for the kids to look for (Fake wooden Rats) various other bits to keep them occupied, the fog horn was fun and there's a soft play on board, the soft play is a little warn but it gets a lot of use. They have a small cafe also, great for taking a break, the boat has wheelchair access and it's free to enter, but they do ask for donations and if you can give then it means they can maintain this better for visitors in the future. We really enjoyed it.
  • Had a lovely time visiting this.Lovely cafe could do with a bit more choice for kids. However the soft play area is in dire need of some attention very badly worn. And we also had to use your baby change facility for our 4 year old disabled son who is in wheelchair. Your baby change facility table is disgusting my husband has to put his jacket down so we change him x
  • Behind the Riverside museum but its own attraction. Free entry but donations of £5 are recommended. I love the Glen Lee. It is a brilliant place to go and explore and I have returned here a number of times. There is a little cafe on board. This is an accessible attraction with wheelchair ramps, and lift as well as disabled toilet. Lots to interact with. There is also a children's play area below deck which occupied our toddler for around 20 minutes or so. This is a must see place for me.
  • Old ship fully restored to original condition. Worth a visit to see how far shipping has progressed over the years. Would highly recommend to anyone with an interest in ships.
  • Fantastic visit to the Tall Ship and meeting the lovely pirate Bonny. My grandchildren absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone. Lovely family day out 😊

Where to stay in Glasgow

Glasgow's revitalized city center offers outstanding accommodations--along with some of the finest shopping outside London. Considered one of the finest Victorian cities in Britain, Glasgow is renowned for its centrally located hotels. Spacious rooms overlook the historical city center, and award-winning restaurants and trendy cafes occupy the lower levels. Farther away from the central areas, which are often noisy and crowded with tourists, is a world of small B&Bs and guesthouses. These considerably cheaper options offer quality lodging in quiet neighborhoods less frequented by weekend revelers and rowdy nightlife lovers.
