  • What an interesting Ship, The Glenlee is, with an intriguing history, it really makes you think about how life was on this Ship, in times gone by. She is well cared for and maintained and you can even...  read more »
  • The Transport museum is great and FREE but there is an additional fee to access the Tall Ship. Interesting for Adults and Kids.
  • I found this ship quite cozy, especially captain's cabin and all the light bulbs inside. Also it is very informative, if you want to know more about ships.
  • Good things come if its free ! What i like most about this Museum is, it is just next to (behind) the Scottish Transport Museum. Make sure you visit the Transport Museum first, check what is inside and then you can go here.
  • Absolutely fascinating to be in. I must admit whilst there is a lot of information available I did feel it could be filled with more interesting parts of history. I do however recommend a visit if you are going to the transport museum. Also, there is a cafe but I am unaware of if it's good or not. If I attend again I'll be sure to update.
  • Have been to the maritime museum right next to it but have never looked at the tall ship before yesterday when I had lunch there. Lunch was very nice and the staff are all friendly. Only had time for a quick look round but will certainly make time to get back for a longer visit. Free entry means they rely on support from the cafe and gift shop, so if you are in the area it is well worth a visit.
  • Great place to take the kids. Soft play area below deck.
  • A great peice of Glaswegeian history!
