  • The house gives a fascinating insight into bygone times. I truly felt transported back into that era. It is full of authentic items of interest. Well worth a visit.
  • Not sure why museums are closed during the whole winter - but this was and was definitely disappointed.
  • See what Glasgow life must have been like more than a century ago when whole families shared a room and a kitchen. A real eye-opener.

  • Visited this place on our weekend trip to Glasgow few months ago. The complex was maintained adequately to give the visitor a touch and feel of the 20th century life. I loved how the kitchen looked; way different than the modern gadget ridden kitchens we're used to
  • Snapshot of history, very interesting.
  • Small place but really fascinating bit of history.
  • Great place to visit. Worth every penny.
  • Really enjoyed The Tenement House but I don't think it would be worth £6.50, it's very small and doesn't take very long to get around it. Quite surprisingly hidden in the city centre though - good to stop by if you're members of the National Trust.
