  • This store is brilliant - the staff are superb and really show how it should be done. They are male and female, young and more mature, but they all excel. I have taken my teenage sons I. There for sui...  more »

  • It’s hard to find b&t clothing for blokes on the high street without sacrificing quality or paying over the odds. Slaters have a good range of decent clothing for big men from their own good value own brand offerings to established fashion brands, I’ve bought workwear, leisure wear, holiday wear, suits and smart casual gear from Slaters. Their staff are really helpful and put you at ease, it can be a bit awkward shopping for larger clothes elsewhere, but no issue here at all. The last suit I bought required the sleeves shortening slightly which was done free, and was ready for me the next day. I usually hate the experience of clothes shopping, but actually look forward to using slaters, their staff ate spot on with their advice as well, thanks again folks
  • Great food and service. It must be one of the few places that I've never had to season my food. The staff are very efficient and friendly. Can't recommend the restaurant highly enough.
  • Plenty of very helpful staff, and very reasonably priced kilt hire. Their tailoring dept is well stocked with great suits too with prices from around 100 -600 and upwards. Probably the best place in town for this kind of thing
  • Plenty of helpful staff eager to help but at the same time they are not pushy. They have something for everyone Plenty of parking
  • I bought a £59 suit from Slaters in Manchester. Exceptional service. They made me feel like I was buying the most expensive item in the store. Great value, great quality, amazing staff.

Where to stay in Glasgow

Glasgow's revitalized city center offers outstanding accommodations--along with some of the finest shopping outside London. Considered one of the finest Victorian cities in Britain, Glasgow is renowned for its centrally located hotels. Spacious rooms overlook the historical city center, and award-winning restaurants and trendy cafes occupy the lower levels. Farther away from the central areas, which are often noisy and crowded with tourists, is a world of small B&Bs and guesthouses. These considerably cheaper options offer quality lodging in quiet neighborhoods less frequented by weekend revelers and rowdy nightlife lovers.
