Where to stay in Glasgow

Glasgow's revitalized city center offers outstanding accommodations--along with some of the finest shopping outside London. Considered one of the finest Victorian cities in Britain, Glasgow is renowned for its centrally located hotels. Spacious rooms overlook the historical city center, and award-winning restaurants and trendy cafes occupy the lower levels. Farther away from the central areas, which are often noisy and crowded with tourists, is a world of small B&Bs and guesthouses. These considerably cheaper options offer quality lodging in quiet neighborhoods less frequented by weekend revelers and rowdy nightlife lovers.

  • Brilliant place to take the kids, the addition of the carousel, climbing wall and racing cars make it far more interesting for the kids than your usual soft play. Our family will sorely miss it when i...  more »
  • Great place to take the kids. Plenty for them to do for all ages. Staff are very helpful. Food a bit pricey but nice and always freshly made.  more »
  • I have paid the monthly pass for years what a great deal. We normally go 3-4 times a month my 7 year old still loves it. Shame their closing the kids will lose out. Thanks Gambado.  more »

  • Many other reviews have been spot on with this venue. • way overpriced compared to other play areas. • staff are so disinterested that it borders on rude. Especially the employee with the dyed orange hair and the nose piercing. • the food is dreadful almost sickening. Poorest of poor quality ingredients for unhealthiest of menus. ...Also had to wait 20 mins for someone to serve me a cup of tap water. The • equipment is mediocre at best but in the two hours i spent there no one cleared up the mess of toys/balls on the floor between the tables. • big kids (7-8 yo) were allowed to rampage through the baby play area. I won't be back and won't recommend it to my friends
  • The place was OK the food was disgusting there was no flavor to any of the food that we got. There was hardly any tables for people to sit at. Will definitely not be back here
  • This was a fantastic soft play shame it is closing
  • Generally it's kept clean and tidy and the equipment has recently been updated
  • overpriced to say the least, poor layout hard to keep track of kids, lot of machines don't work or aren't turned on
