  • Decided to take the kids to mister twisters on Saturday 25th February. What a waste of time, the new toddler area (basically they have moved some of the soft play area that used to be downstairs, upst...  more »
  • Horrendous today...... complete lack of space, queue out the door because the jumpers had to fill out forms and only one till working, far too many kids in, very squashed now the trampolines are there...  more »

  • Softplay area is much smaller than it used to be. The baby area is now upstairs so not only do you have to lug your baby and all of your stuff upstairs, but if you have kids of different ages you have to be seperate from one if them.
  • WON'T BE GOING BACK.POOR VALUE NOW AND KIDDIES PLAY AREA IS UNSAFE.IT'S NOW UPSTAIRS AND THE GATE TO THE STAIRWELL IS OFTEN LEFT OPEN MEANING THERE IS POTENTIAL RISK TO KIDS FALLING DOWN A FEW FLIGHTS OF STAIRS.THE ENTRANCE FEE IS STILL £6.50(YOU MAY FIND IT CHEAPER WITH VOUCHERS THOUGH)BUT THE PLAY AREA HAS BEEN SHRUNK TO AT LEAST HALF OF IT'S ORIGINAL SIZE.THERE IS NOW NO FOOTBALL PITCH,NO DOGEMS,NO ROPES AND NO OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.THE KIDS CANT RUN ROUND THE PLAY AREA NOW COS IT IS FAR TOO CRAMPED AND RESTRICTED IN ACCESS.THE NEW TRAMPLOINE AREA IS MUCH SMALLER THAN IN SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENTS NEARBY AND IT'S AN EXTRA £10 ADMISSION(INCLUDES SAFETY SOCKS)NOT GOOD BUSINESS SENSE IF YOU ASK ME.
  • Very disappointed with our visit nothing for 3&4 year olds it should be all trampolines or soft play not both far too many tables not enough room far too cramped we take 3 children every Monday but we will never go back to Mr Twisters
  • I decided to leave a review after having a conversation with a member of staff a week ago whilst on another of many visits to Mr Twisters. I had approached the male member of staff to thank him as he and a second member of staff Hannah really went out of their way to support and encourage my 10 year old daughter on the high ropes. I have visited this establishment at least 30 times and my two children love to come here to play. I have found on every one of these occasions the staff to be caring and helpful. I have never found a staff member to be rude or have had ANY cause for complaint. After thanking the staff a comment was made that it was really nice to have a compliment " for a change" as most reviews tended to be made by people having a go. This stayed with me and I wanted to take the time to thank the staff for their dedication and for really supporting my child when she panicked as well as making mr twisters an enjoyable and safe place for the children to let of steam! Keep up the good work!! :)
