  • Another great place to take the family and enjoy a picnic. Loads of space to walk around and plenty to see. There's also loads of raspberry bushes (albeit a bit out of the way), so take a bag and pick some. There's some great little shops which offer food and a butcher's shop, the bread cheese sticks are really good. Parking can be a bit tight on the busier days.
  • This is a great place to go if you need to a little escape. It's peaceful and quiet, and plenty of places to explore. It's also a great place to take kids who need to get outside and play.
  • Great Family Day. Prefect balance of things for kids & stunning views
  • Some really good walking routes and lovely chapel with lots of background info too
  • Excellent for kids and adults not to mention families 😉 Lots of activities but be prepared to stretch your legs to the max
