My husband and I stayed at this park one day, we rented two bicycles (only flaw a bit dearly £60 for two bicycles all day, they cost £50 for 3 hours) and we followed the green route on the advice of the store, it should be as simple and is a circular route then handiest, is a scenic route simple, about 10 km from a lot of satisfaction even to those not trained! I highly recommend it!!

  • What a fabulous forest walk, we were taken there by friends and had a fantastic walk. Many amazing trees to wonder at, I amazaed at the ferns, and the river and waterfalls just made this such an amazing walk, cant wait to go back
  • Fantastic place for Walking, Cycling or Running. This place has some fantastic mountain bike and walking trails. The trails are set so minimum cross over of the two types of trails happens. Stunning location with great views. All the trails are clearly marked and maps are available from the visitor centre. The cafe serves a wide range of food and drinks, large portions, good breakfast!. The visitor centre also has three play areas outside for the children and there is also a short animal search trail that starts right next to the play area and winds down to the river. Car parking charges in place. I would definitely recommend a visit.
  • Super mountain bike trails for all the family. You can pay to park at the forestry centre or find free parking at forest car parks down most of the single track lanes. Great walks, waterfalls and an abandoned gold mine.
  • Brilliant trail centre, the Beast of Brenin has some great sections and is well signed, lovely day out for experienced MTB'ers, and shorter trails also available!
  • Amazing riding and scenery, great downhill sections with some monster climbs aswell. All round good weekend in the forest.
