This was my first visit to Limbricks Restaurant following a family recommendation. We were a group of 10 celebrating my father-in-law's 80th birthday. The table was booked for 12.30pm. The restaurant ...  more »

After having been to Limbrick's Restaurant in April when we had a lovely meal and good service, it was decided that it would be a good venue for a family meal to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. T...  more »

  • Amazing day! There's a lot of different things to do so you can do a day out. Strawberry picking, farm animals, park, sand pit, falconry shows and garden centre. We also noticed they have upgraded the seating area.
  • Free parking and free to get in/walk around. The "pick your own" fruit/veg is fun, plentiful and well organised. Play area is OK; although a touch limited. Shops had good quality product. We didn't go into the Falconry (it was £20 for a family ticket) but we spent a good four hours there. Nice day out. Would go again.
  • Dog show was a complete waste of time. Judge knew absolutely nothing about dogs. The "fancy dress" class description stated "the more effort the better" yet a shop bought costume won first place over hand made (and easily better) costumes. Completely unfair and definitely will not be returning. If you're planning on making any sort of effort for any of their shows, don't bother, just spend a fiver online and make friends with the staff because apparently that's all you need to do to get a 1st place .
  • Great place to take the kids, with animals, a sandpit, playground, cafes and pick your own fruit to name but a few things here to do. Not to mention the farm shop which sells great quality produce and the garden centre which also has a great toy selection that the kids love.
  • Love this place. Plenty to do for young children. And it's mostly free. Brilliant place, couldn't recommend it more.
