  • Quick and efficient transport system. Avoids unnecessary traffic and complications for the passage of the English channel. Modern alternative to outdated systems by boatmen who maybe can still capture the attention of travelers who savor the nostalgic wallow in the waves of the sea.

  • Quick way to cross the channel. ...when it's working ok. Prone to delays, queues, and re-timed trains also the terminals are next to useless at night as most of it is shut. In this age of 24 hr. opening you would think they would be leading the way especially given the prices they charge for food and drink. On the good side. ..it's quick and the facilities are clean. I'm a fan when it's working well.
  • Seams that it would be faster and cheaper to take the ferry. Sitting on the train and have now waited and been delayed for hour. Not impressed with my first (and hopefully last) Eurotunnel experience.
  • Used it outbound from the UK (Friday 1st September 2017 at 06:20) and inbound (Monday 4th September 2017 at 10:20) and had no problems at all. Staff were very polite when checking our passports at border control and even asked us about our days and where we were going, which made us feel welcome. Trains ran every 30 minutes and there was no problem loading us on and off the trains. Coming back from Calais, the routes were very confusing and we did have trouble finding the right entrance. Safety announcements were clear and understandable, telling us everything we needed to know.
  • Terrible service. I used them since they opened. Used to be the best, now its the worst channel crossing service. Delays all the time. Immigration checks take forever. They don't care about customers. No effort to help. Going back to a good old ferry. Even with 1h30 crossing it is still quicker than eurotunnel. They've just lost a customer (not that they care anyway)
  • Fast quick and in france sharpish. Bit hot in the train and ques for toilets. 1st time 2nd time still delays which is annoying again. Lots og waiting about. All good once your moving. Weekends and holidays are the bisy times and you end up waiting even more. Self check in is so much faster and has less impact on waiting about.
