  • Despite a stop in the tunnel by two hours ago I found it enjoyable. well organized and simple. only drawback... is illuminated the car together with the inmates during the check. think that's not so great... but probably reasons be.

  • Ok, so they have a rest area and a fast train. But the overall experience was quite bad. They started letting cars in lane#3 and then lane #4. When cars started to get loaded in train they, never open...  more »
  • We went on a trip to France on the shuttle, which gets you there in 35 minutes. Booking online in well advance reduces the price of tickets. Booking in at the terminal is very efficient.  more »

  • Great way to cross the channel! Only 30min ride on the train, and nice flexibility on departure times, when you arrive to soon or get stuck in traffic and miss your train. Leave the terminal area on time to go through border control though... This can takes some time on busy days Really nice.
  • Not very happy with Eurotunnel. Every time we use Eurotunnel there are delays. This never was the case before. This Christmas Eve we spent nearly three hours waiting to board. It could not be blamed on traffic volume or additional security checks as there was less traffic than normal and security checks were the same. You advertise a 35 minute crossing, indicating the speed and ease of getting across the channel, only to hit customers with lengthy delays. I have been crossing the channel for several years, several times a year. Security checks have not increased. Traffic levels have not increased. Delays have increased. It's now quicker and cheaper to take the ferry. You can eat/shop on board and they have toilets that are fit for human use. Seriously, get your act together
  • Beware the Starbucks. Last two times we've been there they've over charged then when challenged made a fuss about the manager needing to sort it out which takes time. I wonder how many people need to rush off for a train so don't bother. Once would be fine. Twice 6 months apart is suspicious.
  • Great international vehicle on train transport hub, many regular services to Calais. Part of the United Kingdom high speed rail network.
  • Problematic most of the time, the trains seems to have reached an age that is causing problems. We travel several times a year on the tunnel and I can't remember the last time there wasn't an issue at check in, passport control or with delays. I travel with a dog and the play area is good but there is no information on the departures from it anymore so you spend your whole time guessing.
