  • When Freeport first opened it was a great place to visit, plenty of shops....you could get good food....but now most of it's closed. It's sadly in need of new investment, bring it back to life again.....  more »

  • Some shop's here are great, some, as other's have remarked, are a bit pricey. But if you are present when they're having sale's then some bargains can be found. I have always found Freeport to be great a bit of something for everyone
  • Large outlet centre with a Marks and Sparks in it on the outskirts of the town. Always a popular visitor attraction for the couches which visit Blackpool which is is just down the road. Has pretty much everything bar electronics stores. Some coffee shops but not much for eats, look elsewhere..
  • Easy to access from A roads or Motorways. Ample car and coach parking. Pleasant walking areas towards the marina. Child friendly, fast food, breakfast, coffee and afternoon tea available. Disabled access, clean w.c.'s at entrance. Good selection of discount stores with efficient and friendly staff.
  • Shops that cover everything -except sinks! Pedestrian walkway all through. Toilets. Cafes. M&S, Next, Edinburgh woollen Mill, Cotton Traders, Roman, shoe shops all great reduced prices. Many healthy food shops. Costa. Sports shops. Much more. Parking (free) is directly outside. You will probably spend a few hours here.
  • Took our son to see the dinosaur. Scared the crap out of him by no fault of their own and we're brilliant in the response to it. Decent shops and nice to walk round
