  • We spent a lovely afternoon there. All the animals look well cared for and happy. We will certainly be going back.  more »
  • The cafe does great breakfasts and the museum if a little basic has some good agricultural and local exhibits .nofrills but a reasonable price day out .more like a petting farm  more »

  • Our family of five adults and four children went this weekend. We had a fab time. The kids had informative talks from Farmer Parr and bottle fed the spring lambs. I have to say the museum is amazing. What a diverse collection of Stuff!! All the animals are very well looked after. Can't fault it for a day out and you can come and go as often as you like throughout the day.
  • Lovely farm, clean and animals in good condition. Kids can get real hands on and not just look at the animals through the fence. Pony rides and grooming, animal talks and petting times. Pottery paint and museum. Outdoor and indoor play areas for the kids.Cafe served a decent meal and included a small gift shop. I wouldn't recommend it in the darkest of winter as to see the animal paddocks you have to go on grass walkways but we went on summer months and had an awesome day!
  • There's always lots to do and see take a picnic and there's lots of places to eat it there is also a cafe and the staff and helpers are lovely we just got back from here and yet again had a great day x
  • Visit on a Monday staff very good only 15 or so visitors at fame and staff let you know at what time to be at animals .good day out
  • Visited on the 10 March 2016 - very disappointed. Outside play areas were closed due to being waterlogged apparently. The pottery was closed. Not many "farm" animals about - saw guinea pigs/rabbits/ 2 deer/ 1 cow/ maybe 4 pigs/a few horses and ponies that were far to big for young children ie under 3 to feel comfortable having rides on. On the plus side - my grandchild had the bouncy castle and ball pit all to herself. Will not be visiting again.
