  • Last year when I visited with my Scouts the pool was converted to lane swimming only after 20:00. This year it's adults only after 20:00 so we swam from 18:00 to 20:00. Staff were reasonably friendly.
  • If it's a cafe you need. Go somewhere else. Service was terrible. Coffee was awful and my jacket potatoe was clap cold. Never again.
  • Went to the all welcome swim session this morning was very good family fun the facilities were good and nice and clean my boys and I had a good laugh on the water slide and I enjoyed a few lengths of ...  more »

  • Nice pool. The times I've been it's never been too busy. The flume is not very long, but speedy! Possibly the only negative complaint would be that it the water and the changing areas seem to really cold!
  • Cracking pool - moonlight swimming as well - perfect on a wet cold summers day too :-)
  • Staff very helpful.welcome when you walk into the building and a goodbye when you leave.i use facilities 5 times a week love going there. I'm 68 years young and have had swimming lessons from trained staff at the leisure centre. Can swim first time in my life love it.
  • I have used this pool for three and a half years. Membership costs around £22.00 a month, which is very good considering you can use the steam room, sauna and a small whirl pool as well as the swimming pool which would cost all in all over £10.00 for a single pay on the day visit . Time tables are always at the front of desk where the helpful staff are always willing to help and advise you. The pool is set up in lanes with ropes usually, slow, medium and fast lanes, you should know your self which one you think you should be in, plus with a membership you can use a swimtag which links to your membership card and works out on line, all the details of your swim. Lanes go in a clockwise direction so everybody goes the same way with plenty of room. You can workout your own space, time and lane of which you should be in. The place is constantly being cleaned, I have been there on numerous occasions when the changing rooms and showers are being pressure washed cleaned. Felixstowe leisure centre plus a walk along the sea front afterwards is a 10/10 leisure centre.
  • if you just want to swim its okay - hit and miss for children as often parts of the pool for children are closed without prior warning and of course you are not advised until in the pool area, baby pool not warm enough for non swimmers. staff to be avoided as most extremely rude and un-professional - manager who knows him ?
