  • Good weather for the fair, very poor attractions, very high cost of entrance ticket for seniors £7 ,and even higher for younger people, all in all very disappointing and lacking!  more »
  • We visited here on the Easter bank holiday weekend. I have been before and didn't have to pay but this time it was £8. I don't mind paying but I think £8 is a bit steep when you are going to Brogdales...  more »
  • We had a lovely day here at their Easter event. We didn't expect to spend so long there. We got a tractor ride to the egg hunt. The children loved finding the eggs. We had a lovely miniature train rid...  more »

  • Nice place for a quiet day out. Some small craft type shops and a very good butchers shop, loads of free samples of various jams, chutneys and fruit juices so you can try before you buy. Had a light meal at the café which was anything but light as the samwiches are absolutely stuffed with your choice of filling and side salad, crisps etc, so you get your money's worth. Loads of parking, little train ride for the kids and if you're interested, the home of the national fruit collection.
  • We went for a tour of the collections, had a great experience. It was very informative and enjoyable. We even got to try some cherries.
  • Went here to strawberry fair, the people here are friendly and helpful. Went on a tractor ride guide told you about the history of Brogdale, went on train ride around orchard also went on a walking tour of orchard all very informative a few shops there and somewhere to eat
  • Great to have the National Fruit Collection on our doorstep and with a miniature train ride too - what's not to love. The produce on offer is seasonal and locally sourced which makes it a great destination for finding those quirky and unusual products.
  • Had a lovely breakfast very clean and friendly staff
