  • Came here with toddler and friends. Very buggy / wheelchair friendly. Great, friendly customer service, this place is genuinely loved by the staff. Show was informative and engaging. Didn't think my toddler would last the full hour but she did! It's all very relaxed and enjoyable! I loved the Huskies! Playgrounds are small but well maintained. Easy parking.
  • Visited Eagle Heights with amazing weather and it is great day out. Loads of fantastic different birds of pray with lots of shows by the staff who are amazing with great facts and stories about the Eagles. A must is to see the Vulture, "the worlds worst vulture" cos he's scared of flying! Overall it's a great friendly place for all ages with lots of fascinating birds and animals.
  • Went there yesterday, birds are fantastic, fly just overhead during the displays. Very informative during the displays. Two flying displays per day. But do stay for both as they fly different birds. We saw a barn owl and a vulture fly and lots in between. Well worth a visit. Lovely day out, and also have 3 baby meerkats, defy anyone not to fall in love with them at first sight. Hope to go back soon.
  • Had a wonderful time at eagle heights and the husky camp. All the staff were exceedingly friendly and welcoming but Shaun made our visit also helped by Cameron and Nicky . Their love and pride showed through and it's clearly a passion for them - not just a job. All the animals are very lucky to be there and it was a pleasure to spend time with them The husky camp was well organised and as long as you bring suitable clothes and bedding for the season / weather you will be very comfortable - loved the camp fire ! Burgers were good too and as a vegetarian I was catered for - really nice fresh bread rolls too Sponsored a husky before we left - they are all special so it was the most difficult decision We will visit again - wished we lived closer
  • I've been to eagle heights many times and I love it. I've read some reviews that say it's over priced....where do you think the money comes from to keep this place open? I've read some reviews to say it's dirty....hello, they're animals and it gets dirty I've read some reviews that say the staff are rude....perhaps it's the way you approach them? I found them polite, accommodating, knowledgeable and above all...they care about their chosen proffession. I love it, all the animals look very happy and make lots of noise to let you know it! if they weren't, I'm sure they'd be quiet and miserable. The dogs were quiet for most of the time but peaked my interest when the trainers went up to take them out and they began howling! I've taken my children several times and they love it too. Great place.
