World of Country Life mixes local country living with history. Learn about baby animals in the hands-on petting farm. Marvel at the birds of prey by taking in the falconry display. Visit the exhibition hall to discover the area's local culture and history. The hall includes displays on the history of farming machinery, a replica Victorian era street, and tableaux of life in the 20's, 30's and 40's. Visit a field full of deer and llamas by riding "The Deer Train," a tractor-driven carriage. Due to the high demand of this ride, book your ticket when you enter the park. For something completely different, grab a goat and take it for a walk. World of Country Life reviews
Been visiting here for a few years with our daughters now 5 and 2. Always a fantastic time and what’s been done to make the park accessible during the COVID-19 stuff is great. Takeaway as always was..... more »

We went there at 1pm so missed entry to the bird of prey show which I would have loved. Feeding the goats was excellent(make sure you buy plenty of good) and then we went on the deer train safari to..... more »
Excellent venue for children ( and adults). Many hours if fun. Animals to see. Museum. Great attractions like slides zip wires indoor play areas etc. Went on 'train' ride feeding deer. Great fun. Children loved it. Good food outlets. Good shop. Very reasonably priced. Near to Exmouth. Good communications. A splendid visit for us. Will be coming back soon
Fantastic day out with my mum. Totally enjoyable and fun. Deer train ride is so worth the tiny £1.70 was a lot of fun feeding them. Bird display was very good and the chance to have a pic at the end was good too. Loved being able to touch some of the animals. Would highly recommend this place for families of all ages.
A good fun day. Staff were friendly, atmosphere was good and the collections of vehicles was very impressive. The bird of prey display was excellent and informative. You even get to feed deer. Which was enjoyed by all. One mark off though, the food was not great. The burgers for example, tasted like the cheapest cook-from-frozen catering pack on the market- not good enough these days. Fix that and you've got an ideal way to while away a few hours.
Fantastic things for kids to do. Took our 3 year old and loved the big slides, air bouncer, trampolines, zip wire, the indoor bouncy castles and soft play. The tractor/train ride is brilliant with all the animals coming up so you can feed them from the carriage. The museum is superb as is everything else to do there. Go on a dry day to maximise it.
Had a brilliant day here.So much for every one to do. Going on the deer train and feeding the deer was the best thing ever. Bought our lunch from the cafe, presented lovely, enjoyed by everyone. Staff were nice .All around the park was clean & tidy. We will definitely be back again
