  • Brilliant living history trip, suitable for all ages. Very unusual thing to do. One very small tunnel but optional to go through, a couple of children did it, the rest of us walked past. Not dark, but...  more »
  • It's interesting to hear about the history of the city and what the tunnels were made for. The actual tour in the tunnels doesn't go that far and when in the tunnels you don't really find out that muc...  more »
  • Didn't know about these tunnels until my visit to Exeter, but very interesting & informative staff made this a well worth trip.

  • Very interesting tour. The guides were very knowledgeable and were able to answer most of our questions. The tour later for about 30 min, but it was more than enough time to get the full experience.
  • The beauty of this historic city lies beneath as well as above.
  • See the city from a different perspective from the historic underground passages! Although the tunnels are not extensive, there is a lot to learn from your tour guide and you have the option to crawl on your hands and knees to exit (kids love it!). There are plenty of local history books in the shop. Heartily recommend to those visiting Exeter on a short break.
  • Brilliant experience and good history. Bit creepy but good.
  • Good if you like adventure.
