  • Took our 3 1/2 year old granddaughter and she loved it.Nice little snack bar serving coffee, drinks, food and goodies for the adults.

  • Arrived after a shopping trip to let the kids run about. Was told on arrival nearly full but allowed in anyway with 5 adults and 3 children. Due to it being lunch time we sent the kids to play while we ordered food. HOWEVER we were not informed food was not available. After cold coffees promises of complementary snack boxes and refunds if we LEFT we had no option but to stay as the kids where playing and left once hunger kicked in. Very disappointed with the attitude of "manager" and assistant "manager" who ran into kitchen once people started to complain. Also several repairs are required at 1 point my 2 year old son get his foot stuck in a broken step. Would seriously question returning to this complex.
  • Great for kids to play but food is very poor. Will not buy food there ever again
  • Facilities are looking tired - some of the padding / cushioned sections of the soft-play are damaged, the free biscuit was completely stale and the overriding smell coming from the kitchen was of deep-fat frying
  • The kids really enjoy their time here, and the playframe is good. On the downside, they're not great at keeping it clean (a LOT of dust and dirt in void spaces) and the food is generic frozen food.
  • Adequate. Not brilliant but not bad either
