Alby Crafts and Gardens Reviews
We visited on a bitter day. Did not stop for tea although tea rooms looked lovely. Several craft shops including a potter where you can do classes. Quality crafts and a very pretty venue. more »
excellent centre to grab a bite to eat and look around the gardens and crafts, superbly done and a warm welcome more »

Lovely place to visit. So much to see, and great conversations with talented people. Food was excellent and very reasonable. The staff were polite and helpful. A very enjoyable day out.
Quaint well kept gardens are nice for a stroll in the spring or summer. The craft shops are quite small and prices are a little high but I expected that to be the case. It's a pleasant place all round to drop in on if you are passing by. Unfortunately the tea rooms have been closed on the two occasions I have been, so best to check beforehand if you are planning refreshments there.
We often like to go out for tea and cake on a Sunday afternoon but most places close at 4 so it was great to find this one still open! There were several other people in there too! Unfortunately we didn't have time to look at all the crafts but we will definitely go back!
My partner, my baby son, and I were invited back after Symmetry Festival two years ago, and were greeted cordially and treated like kings. The gardens are beautiful and the Alston family and associated artists and staff are amazing. Five stars. VERY VIBRANT AND RICH ! x
Great food and atmosphere, lovely selection of workshops and the garden was truly inspirational. Would definitely go back.
