  • When Copped Hall is open, this is the place to go! Amazing array of cakes, wonderful team of volunteers and a fascinating converted racquet courts building into cafe.
  • This Georgian Manor House was destroyed by fire 100 years go and is being carefully restored by a dedicated group of volunteers. Unlike other estates that are beautifully preserved this property gives...  more »
  • interesting place, it's continually under renovation so changes over time. We went on a open day, enjoyed the tour and then had fabulous tea and cakes!

  • Worth visiting to see the amazing work being done by the trust volunteers. Gardens are lovely and the walled garden is wonderful the transformation in 20 years is amazing.
  • Superb guides with a lot on information. Its a work in progress, with a lot of work yet to be done , but what they have achieved so far has been remarkable. Three mini tours ( but still nearly an hour each) , downstairs, Upstairs and Garden which were full of historical fact, stories etc and kept everyone engaged throughout. Don't a expect an fully furnished house, as the plan it to keep many of the rooms as they are to show architectural features, the damage if the original fire etc, but well worth a visit. Its a little gem hiding out by the M25 .
  • Great place, so much work and good energy from many people. Good for walking and just chill down.
  • Peaceful and beautiful. Great to see the results of 21 years work!
  • Nice to visit, really good volunteers - the entire place (including gardens) is in the midst of a long restoration project, so don't visit expecting any sort of finished article. That said, well worth a visit - but check the website carefully, it has very odd times and dates where visits are allowed.
