  • Very nice walk and wonderful estate palace, pond included. Worth a visit. Coffee shop nice setting, tasty homemade cakes and good food. Beautiful things in Forty Hall shop, bit pricy.
  • Beautiful open fields surrounded by a variety of trees is perfect for nature lovers and is an ideal place for dog walkers as there is so much open space that you almost feel you own the park. That being said it is family friendly with a huge manor that is open to the public and littered with historical props and also has dressing up room for children. Their are ponds located in different parts of the park but the one most atmospheric is the one directly outside the manor. Their many activities to partake in for families and also a banquet hall and a cafe. In my opinion this park is one of the best findings have had all year. Please visit soon.
  • Really nice local park and house. It has a great selection of events on through out the year as well as a local farm shop which does deliveries of farm grown produce. There is also a coffee shop which serves homemade cakes and a good selection of coffees. It's best to check the website for local events but the lambing weekend and Apple festivals are always excellent.
  • A beautiful, calm location that contrasts with nearby Enfield Town. Very popular with families with children. Notably also home to a lot of Pokestops if you happen to play Pok√©mon Go.
  • Had a terrific visit here today. Sympathetically restored and lots of original features almost 400 years old. The information provided is easy to digest really gives you a feel for the man, Sir Nicholas Raynton, who built the house between 1629 and 1632.
