  • We went here with 5 adults and 3 children 2,4 and 6. We started with the 100 acre wood which although weathered is still great fun. They particularly liked the honey tree and stepping stones. There we...  more »

  • We really enjoyed the park today. We started off by heading down to the farm which is free for under 3's. the farm itself is really lovely and my 2 year old and his friend really enjoyed it. There is ...  more »
  • Lots to do for children, lovely walks, really enjoy camping here apart from composting toilets, but what else to expect whilst wild camping? Have to update.... you get used to the toilets.. make happy memories at Aldenham
  • Love this park. Plenty to do for children and great circular walk. Two cafes one with only outdoor seating. Ducks, swans. Farm and activities, swings. Parking area large but payable. Also Winnie the Pool trail.
  • Great family day out with lots of different animals and you can buy feed for all the animals which is nice too. Lost a star because the coffee shop serves watery, burnt-tasting coffee but at least the snacks are good.
  • This place is great for kids, they will love discovering 100 acre woods and visiting the zoo area, in the zoo they can feed the animals and they have talks etc, there are playground spots in the grounds that keep them occupied and a few places that do ice creams, drinks and bites, and coffee or teas for mum or dad. The parking area is quite large and reasonably priced £4.50 on my visit. The zoo was £4 for Adults and £3.50 for children. You can also go camping here but I'm not sure of costs etc
  • Lots of fun things to do, especially for kids. Wild camping, walk around the lake and seeing animals in the farm, were all great activities. Only complaint about wild camping is some hot water for washing dishes would have been nice.
