  • Great way to spend a rainy morning. Our tour guide was a charming young woman from Latvia eager to impart her knowledge of the distillery and answer questions. The highlight for me was the warehouse w...  read more »
  • A distillery everything what there is of more ordinary, in the good sense of the word. The visit tells us the process of creation of the whisky, grain of barley to the barrel. Of course everything ends with a tasting in the shop, as everywhere (it must be live). The work is done, but there have been visits to distilleries more attractive (Glenfiddich, Glenlivet and Glen Grant). Whisky, him, is very good (especially, from a personal point of view, the 16 years old).

  • Not the place for chidren to go to but thay are warmly welcomed and may have a play area. Big Children will find something to do and the adults will be tipsy with another tiple. Nice whisky indeed.
  • We visited Elgin in December 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed the Glen Moray Distillery tour. The smells and atmosphere was incredible. Ended up purchasing a couple bottles and I had to get a jacket with my name on it! Definitely worth the time to see this.
  • Really informative tour and excellent whiskey sampling. The cafe is small but very nice.
  • Fantastic tour with a nice French girl - very enjoyable experience. Nice lunch at the cafe too. Do not miss the bottle-your-own where you can fill your own bottle of whisky directly from the cask.
  • A Christmas gift from my son Joseph in honor of our trip to Scotland this fall. Delicious flavors and memories.
  • Good tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and added a lot of the distillery's history to the explanation. Tasting was good, too. Liked the peated edition.
