  • Really wonderful to be able to walk around for free to take in the whole site. Much better than anywhere that has coach loads of people - a must see compared to others that are more advertised  more »

  • A wonderful ruin with great history and fabulous views. Usually peaceful and quiet
  • Dramatic medieval castle which can be seen for miles around - very photogenic and free
  • A proper ruined castle with lots of info signs, broken walls and huge grassy areas. Must be a great spot on a sunny day, worth a visit for any castle fan.
  • I love Duffus Castle, visit it whenever I'm in Lossiemouth! Beautiful piece of history well worth a visit!
  • Fantastic place to visit, although not very accessible for pushchairs.
