  • We didn't take the tour as my husband had done a similar one at Bushmills. What we did do was sample the whisky downstairs at the bar. Awesome choice of blends and a very knowledgable barman. I had on...  more »

  • I had done similar in Dublin but have to say this was much better. Really felt I understood the differences in whisky. We had the gold tour which was really worth it. Our guide did an excellent job an...  more »

  • Somewhat pricey for what you get (it's a heavily touristic area), but overall the tour was nice. It's fairly informative in terms of whisky production, though I wish it was more museum like. You get a free sample with the cheapest package. The tour guide was friendly. The tour starts with the lamest ride ever... one of those Disney type ride on rails with a speaker and some light shows. I wish you could skip that, and either get a cheaper ticket or get to taste more whiskies for the same price.
  • The tour is nice for people who like very-touristy attractions and families. There's a cool very large collection of Whisky on display. The tour starts with automated carts explaining the process of making whisky in laymen terms. Then, they get you in a room and explain about the different kinds of Scotch whisky, followed by a sample tasting. That's pretty much the whole deal. To tell the truth, I'm not sure I got my money's worth, even though it was all cute and informative. But maybe it's because I'm not a whisky enthusiast?
  • Amazing place if you are a whiskey lover or not. Great value for the gold tour and apart from enjoying the whisky, my favourite part was the room with the whisky collection. Cat was a lovely, helpful and informative guide and after the tour she helped select us with a few more delicious whiskeys and an irn bru 😋. GO!!!
  • Informative tour and knowledgeable experts. Under construction right now but I'm sure it will be awesome when it's all put together!
  • Terrible time. We had a rookie tour guide "trainee" on his name tag, who accused our group of 7 people, several times of being solely responsible for over crowding the tour group when it was SWE that over booked it. Unprofessional rude and stressed out come to mind describing this tour guide. 'Barrel' ride was a cheesy joke. If you know anything about whiskey, you'll feel it's a waste of time. We were ready to spend money here and left as quickly as we could.
