  • This is a marvellous opportunity to see so many of her works and personal letters etc. The displays are amazing and should not be missed. From the Glasgow tenements of the early 1950s onward to the re...  more »
  • Had a really fab soup and salad - loved every mouthful. I know that sounds odd - it was just a soup and salad, but it was so well made and so tasty. Highly recommend this for a stop - the gallery's wo...  more »
  • Absolutely amazing the size of the paintings. Its a big place with lots of pictures to look at. Had an extremely un-helpful guard who was grumpy so we decided to leave the second time we went.

  • A real shame as their big brother across the road is great, but this gives the (possibly unfair) impression of being the dumping ground for the exhibits and touring exhibitions that the main National Gallery of Modern Art, and the big city centre galleries, turned down. Unless you have a particular interest in Eduardo Paolozzi, or particularly want to see a temporary exhibition showing here, your time is better spent at one of the other galleries. On the plus side, the building is gorgeous and the cafe and gift shop are almost worth the visit on their own.
  • The gallery offers an incredibly limited selection, featuring peices from only one or two artists at any given time. It is very small and located reasonably far from the city.
  • The second of two galleries within walking distance of each other. Splendid exhibits and free entry. Minibus available from the Scottish National Gallery in the city centre.
  • worth a visit, get a guide they are usually fun and make fun of british people.all in all we had a great tour
  • Very traditional building for a modern art gallery. Saw the Modern Scottish women exhibition. It was very good!
