Jenners, Edinburgh

(2.5/5 based on 200+ reviews on the web)
Enjoy a shopping spree at Jenners, with offers going from reasonably priced, to high-end items. Shop for clothes, accessories, and beauty products, from brands like Calvin Klein, Desigual, or Hugo Boss. In addition to these, buy items for your home, like furniture, decor, and utensils. After the shopping tour, treat yourself to a trip to one of the store’s spas or beauty salons. Except providing a variety of shops, the department stores represents a breath of fresh air with the overall architecture, sitting in a centuries old building which kept its original look. Onsite cafes are great for enjoying a cup of tea, or coffee. • We visited just before Christmas Really impressive inside, especially the Christmas tree Haven't got a clue how they got it in, definitely worth a look. Great Scottish gift section on the top floor.
  • Jenners is a part of the House of Fraser group. I found all the staff that I came in contact with were polite and informative, they were also willing to go the extra mile. The choice of goods availabl...  more »
  • Beautiful building from outside. Central Hall with wooden staircase is also wonderful. On the other hand, they wings and annexe eyes pretty simple/cheap. That was a bit of a shame. We have entertained us by here just to walk around but it is not a Harrod's.

  • I am a wheelchair user visiting Edinburgh from Australia and visited the store recently, as recommended by a friend. It took us a good 15 minutes, in the pouring rain, to find the only entrance with step-free access....right around the back of the building in a dirty laneway! It made me feel like a second class citizen and as if I was being told "your money isn't good enough here"! I know that it's a heritage listed building, but it's 2016! If York Minster can see their way clear to build a ramp at the front of the building, so should Jenners!
  • Me and my mother got served by a lovely man called Mark who was working at the Estee Lauder counter. He was an absolute gem when helping me and my mother find the products that will work the best for our skin types
  • It's a lovely store used to be independent but it's not just a house of fraser
  • Clean & tidy; quality products; accessible for disabled; many lifts in convenient locations; good cafe on 5th floor with good choice of food and prices just right
  • This is the "Harrods is Edinburgh". Is not that big or posh but is a fair comparison. The prices are not very high neither. Is well located in the city centre and in one hotspot, it has a nice coffe in the fifth floor but it'll take you a while to discover how to get the fifth floor...
