  • Lovely woods great for familys with a couple of pubs and cafes nearby, nice for a picnic also, great bearpit and to explore 
  • A great day out for the family. Or even just taking the dog on a nice walk. Even on sunny days the walk is covered by the canopy of the trees. Also has a dog free zone for picnic. Two pubs are just around the corner and a lot of parking.
  • Lovely view of liverpool, very popular with bikers, decent variety of scran from various outlets, good for the whole family
  • Beautiful woodland, great place to bring dogs and children. Tea rooms, 2 pubs, wonderful views across the Mersey.
  • A wonderful place to just walk round and admire nature :) there us a small cafe located by the car park which I would recommend also
  • Has everything for a nice relaxing day out , beautiful victorian woods for walks, 2 nice pubs for grub, fantastic views of Liverpool sea front, and lots of History here.
