  • Started off ordering food, took 25 mins for my daughters ham sandwich and our food. Coffee never turned up and asked about our missing coleslaw. Turns out they didn’t have any nor did they let us know. Luckily the outside area saved the day. Not been there since I was a kid and was sad to see so much of the crazy golf concreted in and not maintained but had some new stuff which my daughter enjoyed. The guy running the kids party was great also and clearly loved his job which is always nice to see.
  • I would give 5 stars but for one thing. The place is great and my grandson loved every moment there but they charge for adults during school holidays !!! A child has to have an adult !!! Also if nana and grandad come it soon mounts up. Got to say the place is great fun for little ones and the food is good.
  • Well what can I say, my son had fun which is the main thing but the place isn't run very well at all. The majority of staff don't really know what they are doing and are very young. I don't feel that they are trained sufficiently or have enough support to do the job properly. I feel that a mature staff member should be there to help if needed. Things like having no clean knife and forks napkins and sauces it's just unorganised. Having a limited time in the water area isn't very good.
  • What to say. We got and got in with a friendly atmosphere. All was going perfect as the facilities is great, the kids were loving everything. The waterpark was with time schedules. Actually it was better this way as didn't feel messy. So probably you are wondering why 1 star. We decided to eat there. All tables were dirty, I asked a cashier if anyone was going to clean and I was told that when was getting quieter someone would do it. There was a massive queue so we decided to clean one by ourselves. Got in the queue for ordering and once I got at the till to order 2 kid's pizza, 1 scampi and I burger, the lady told me that no more pizza was available. So I asked if anything else was not available and she confirmed that my order was fine apart the pizza. I changed the 2 pizzas for chicken. I also asked for some drinks but this girl seemed not very prompt on organising all. Looking inside the kitchen. What a mess. I was told that was 40min waiting for the food. Anyway I sat and waited. Actually in 15 i got the adult food. This guy, that was actually doing kitchen porter job was also delivering food on tables but didn't have clue of where the tables were, in fact I told him were was table 9. Food was horrible spent £30 for a bad services, dirty tables and dirty oil deep fried food. The burger was wet as probably just defrost and put on the grill, also inside the burger there was only the kitchen and nothing else not even a sauce. I forgot that someone came to our table telling us that scampi were finished too. The only person looked smart and fast was the other cashier. I will go back again as everything else is good but bring my own food.
  • Fort Fun is clean and tidy with plenty of staff. I thought over priced at £28 for three children especially with Treasure Island a mile down the road at £16. Plus £2 for a bottle of water. No need to do this after charging such a large amount of money to get in.
