  • The bowling here is great, much better than in other places like Brighton. The alleys are cleaner and more attractive, and the selection of balls is better too.  more »

  • I can highly recommend David Collie at David Lloyd’s in Eastbourne, if you need a physiotherapist as he has worked with my son Michael for the past five years after he had suffered a severe stroke in 08 on top of the cerebral palsy he already had. The progress Michael has made has been fantastic in his walking, balance and co-ordination. I have been stopped not just by the members of the club but also the public that knew his condition before hand. Everyone saying how well he is now with the walking as he used to drag his feet unable to pick the right foot up at all. In fact I believe he is now walking with more control than he has ever had and has managed to do things he could never do before. David is still working on every weak muscle he can find to achieve better balance and strength and has also taught him how to get up after falling to the ground as he found great difficulty and needed help every time. We have reduced the amount of times his brain disconnects the signals to his legs causing him to fall unexpectedly. David has even learnt sign language to communicate with Michael so he can get the best out of him.
  • Great club - super friendly staff and wide variety of classes available. Actual gym is large and has an excellent range of machines, free weights and resistance equipment.
  • Low lighting means it can be a bit too dark around the centre but the facilities are extensive, up-to-date and clean!
  • State of the art. It was for me the very first time I became a member. I haven't been to a gym like itself for more than 10 years. Love it and the staff are very welcoming. . .
  • Brilliant place! We went to play bowling and laser tag! Nice place to take the kids.
