  • Love taking my daughter here. She might be all grown up but the yearly visit to see the newly born lambs has become a family tradition. Thank you for creating such a fantastic event.  more »

  • Nice farm shop with large car park and large retail area, has lift to upper floor if you find the stairs a problem. Nice food counter display, although prices are at upper end of usual retail outlets. Clothing and other items are also at the upper end of the price scale . Still I suppose quality doesn't come cheap. Large outdoor play area with lots of things for kids to enjoy all free, great views over the fields from the cafe windows and the large outdoor seating area. Cafe food is very competitively priced and matches most other outlets, the quality of the food and the service is first class. Definitely worth a visit.
  • Life savers. Arrived at 5pm. Closing time, with a screaming baby needing changing and feeding. The cafe , which was closing just stayed open for us, served us tea and scones while we fed and watered my grandaughter. The girls were so nice and helpful. I can't thank them enough. The customers definitely come first.
  • It has camels on the Dales. Nuff said ! Worth a visit for much more than that though. Lots of lovely fresh food and produce to try as well as buy and staff are lovely too
  • Nice and clean. Tasty soup. Nice coffee. Easy parking. Puddings looked very enticing but managed to resist temptation!
  • Vast range of butchery products. Excellent cheese counter and a variety of homemade burgers and sausages you won't find elsewhere. Interesting gift/seasonal section although many items are cheaper elsewhere. Always buy my Christmas cake here as they are fantastic. Cafe cheap and basic but good value.
