The gardens are a lovely place to chill out, there are plenty of seats dotted about to stop and take in the lovely looking trees and plants. We took our time and went to every corner of the gardens and we managed to walk 1.5miles. The plants on sale we felt were rather costly compared to other places, but there was plenty of choice. The tea room looked nice but i can't comment on price or taste.
Had a fabulous meander around the spectacular and extensive gardens. The rhododendrons were still delightful. The bog garden was a riot of colour as can be seen in the photos. The paths were well signed and well kept. This is a beautiful oasis and I would recommend a visit at any time of the open season. £6 per person to visit the garden is a little expensive but RHS members are free (except on Sundays).
Not worth the £ 6 admission price. Not much to look at and nothing outstanding. Marks Hall in Coogeshall is far better in my opinion for nature lovers.
A superb garden centre in a great setting with lovely knowledgable staff and great quality stock. Worth a visit.
By far the best nursery in East Anglia.
