  • Historic area, anyone who has seen John Constable's paintings will recognise the area. Always peaceful, plenty of good walks alongside the River Stour. As usual with the National Trust, good food in the cafe.
  • Beautiful scenery. Can see why Constable loved it.

  • Really lovely place to visit - Saturday is much quieter than Sunday so I strongly recommend that day
