  • Not as impressive as Stonehenge but still worth a look it gives a real sense f what the area was like 4000 years ago.  more »
  • Stumbled upon this attraction looking for a pub to have lunch in. What an interesting place, completely understated compared to Stonehenge about a mile up the road but I found it much more interesting...  more »
  • Without a guide, I'm not sure this would be worth visiting. Our bus tour to Stonehenge stopped by here on the way, and we got an overview of the history associated with this site and the field next to...  more »

  • I took my 6 year old. Well maintained, well sign posted, not too busy versus the stone version close by.
  • It will be good idea to plan to visit Stonehenge and Woodhenge on one go. Woodhenge is definitely less impressive. Some time ago wooden circles have been replaced with the concrete ones. The place doesn't have this unique, ancient atmosphere.
  • Unusual little place. Great views and worth walking upto the best stone. Woodhenge represents what used to be there...but a lot shorter.
  • Granted it's not as impressive as stonehenge but it's part of our heritage none the less and it's free. P.s don't forget durrington walls across the road
  • As great as it is how much more impressive would it be if the posts were re erected to the original hight, still worth 5 stars.
