  • A walk along the riverbank of Historic Durham is very uplifting. The views of the Cathedral and Castle walls hovering over you are Majestic and Spectacular. Plenty of wildlife and tree lined riverbanks.
  • The view is amazing! The Durham cathedral is astonishing. It is relaxing to go for a walk in there. Very recommended
  • Great park enclosed for kiddies safety. Beautiful parkland well kept with coffee shop and light snacks plus good walks along the riverbank. You have Lumley Castle in the background which is a medieval castle
  • Just walk in the morning in weekends. People. Music. Hot Food.
  • This area is currently undergoing a much needed MAJOR redevelopment. Once work is completed it should be a greatly improved part of the city
