  • The dominant feature in the Market Square, externally the building is lovely. It wasn't open when we visited so not sure on the access arrangements. Worth a visit and a few snaps but thats it !  more »
  • They took out part of the interior and installed a cafe! I guess instead of bread and wine, they are serving up hamburgers and beer? It's dull and not pretty. But free.  more »
  • Well worth a look around when in Durham Small and not as interesting as cathedral but has its own charm and a haven from the crowds outside  more »

  • A beautiful city and a lovely place to live.
  • Beautiful Norman architecture throughout this stunning city. Especially with St Nicholas Church and the market square.
