Hall Hill Farm provides family-fun with lots of activities to keep children entertained. Take a tractor ride around the farm and enjoy views of the rolling countryside and animals. Head to the play area where children can enjoy the adventure trail, swings, slides, and climbing wall. There are also lots of opportunities to get up close with the animals. Feed the friendliest creatures, located in an undercover area, and have the food licked straight out of your hand. Cuddle rabbits, guinea pigs, and fluffy chicks. Unwind in the tearoom and enjoy a hot drink and homemade cakes or scones. PutHall Hill Farm into our Durham route planner and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

Just lovely. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Most of the animals can be stroked and holding chicks, rabbits and guinea pigs is a lovely experience for the kids. Highly reccommend. Lovely play/picnic area and tractor rides too.
Great day out for all ages. My family loved it. There was lots for our little girl to do, indoor and out. It was a lovely sunny day when we went today so that did make it more nice. The scenery is beautiful and the place is well maintained. The animals are super friendly and there is a variety of them to see and play with. The cafe food choices are quite limited and cafe itself is quite basic but still worth the money. The food was nice, plenty of seats. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and tidy. The gift shop is great and price's are reasonable although could be more spacious for pushchairs as it can be a struggle if more than one in there. All in all a great day and will definitely be going again
Had a fabulous day out. Loads for both kids at different ages, friendly staff and you can get right up close to the animals too. My toddler had a great time tumbling about and my brother has autism but loved the jumpy pillows and barrel rides.
My husband and I never leave reviews but we thought after our experience on Saturday we couldn't not! We had a brilliant day with the grandchildren, there was so much to do for the kids and I really enjoyed the tearoom too! All of the staff were very friendly and good with children, I would especially like to mention one of the ladies (we think her name was Emma) we first met her in the area where you can hold rabbits, she was just brilliant with the children, and encouraged our granddaughter who was a little bit frightened to build up her confidence with the animals! She seemed to lover her job and was always smiling. What we thought was really lovely was when we saw her when we were at the donkey riding area, she was checking other staff members were ok. She just made a great impression on my husband and I! thank you for an amazing day! we will be back!
Great day out for children. Lots of opportunities to feed different animals and the new playground was big and exciting. They also offer a tractor trailer ride- which was bumpy but enjoyed by all. They catered well for a large group of children.
