  • It is a real bit of Scottish history. Also it is at the bottom of my garden so feel I should like it. Nice coffee in the shop and if you are interested in Scotland it s worth the the trip when in the area. As is Portencross.
  • Small but they have a great guide at caslte and a nice little cafe worth a visit
  • Excellent Place Home to Scots King Robert II, grandson of Robert the Bruce, but its a lot older than that. The visitors centre maps the ancient history of the site. Its not a huge hill to climb and it is worth paying to get inside although the spiral stair case opens out to stunning views be mindful if you are afraid of heights.
  • Amazing place to visit and the staff at the cafe are so nice! Would highly recommend a trip here.
  • Local history. Good homemade soup in visitor centre.
